I had my first Tibetan Massage yesterday with Kesang and to sum it up in one word - WOW!! I was in a complete state of relaxation and felt so nurtured the entire time and for the rest of the day!! Kesang made me feel extremely comfortable and is absolutely lovely!! Thank you so much.. I will be booking another appointment very soon :)

A lovely shop, very helpful and caring practitioners and a great range of services. If nothing else visit them for a Tibetan Peace Massage (my favorite!!). Kesang is amazing! You leave floating and feeling like nothing in the world could challenge you. She puts her deep heart and soul into every massage and makes every troubling thought melt away. Treat yourself!

Just walking into the shop front you feel welcomed, in fact its almost as if something lures you in! The staff have an amazing body of knowledge from physical, mental, emotional & spiritual needs. Kathryn behind the counter is such a gem and a pearl of wisdom. I can't resist a treatment or just browsing & spending!!

I have been going to Simply Natural Therapies for years, mostly to purchase lovely items from their shop and attending the occasional workshop or having a treatment. The staff are friendly and helpful - Kath the shop manager in particular, is very knowledgeable about everything from homeopathic remedies to crystals to bush flower essences, and always manages to remember what's going on in my life! This level of service is hard to find nowadays, and the feeling of non-competitiveness is refreshing (ie, recommending certain products from across the road at Great Earth if they don't have it in stock). Like all health centres, recommendations are made for follow up treatments but I've never found them pushy; just polite and professional and willing to give great advice. I love that they have a strong emphasis on spirituality, and it seems they want to bring "new-agey" truths to the wider world, without being one of those overwhelming hippy or mind-body-spirit places. A great centre to escape to in the hustle bustle of Tunstall Square.

I have been going to SNT for many years now and I enjoy many of their services. My favourite is a (semi) regular massage which keeps me relaxed. One of the highlights was probably the diet I went on under the guidance of their Naturopath Michelle. Over a period of 6-8 months I lost over 20 kg and dropped two sizes! I also regularly buy a cake of their handmade (by Robyn) soap going by the name of "Bay for Men". It has a manly scent and I can use it as a shampoo! Overall I can highly recommend them.

I love this place it has a retail store which sells cds, aromatherapy essential oils, candles, books, vitamins, and giftware. The staff are very helpful remember your name and are thoughtful and caring people. I also go into the clinic for massages and hypnotherapy and have always been pleased with the service and the knowledge of the practioners.

I have been here for Acupuncture and massage therapy . The acupuncturist I have been to see Sarah is lovely makes me feel comfortable and has relieved my shoulder and back pain I haven't been suffering from bad migraines since my treatments. Highly recommend her I have been to a few acupuncturists but Sarah is definitely the best. The staff are also really helpful and understanding. The massage therapist who I saw Nichole is amazing also really helped relax me. Affordable and nice staff.

I had a Remedial Massage here with Nicole a while back which was great. I play soccer regularly and find massages help me recover quicker after a game. I would definately recommend Nicole.

Simply Natural Therapies is a beautiful centre, with lovely staff and practitioners. I would recommend this centre to everyone. It has a beautiful energy, and I often go there to soak it up.
