I would like to recommend Phil Low, Massage therapist at SNT. My session with him addressed my low back strain and met all of my expectations. He seemed to concentrate on muscle groups with firm presssure and his strong slow technique ironed me out and eased away a lot of my stiffness and tension. He also showed me some stretching movements which I have been doing at home since to open up my hips and stretch my quads, which is often needed with low back issues. He has a calm and very capable energy which I appreciate. I have sent my husband along to see him and I'll be returning for another great massage soon.
