Used to be a good practice. The doctors are still good but the reception staff need to really get some perspective. My appointment was at 11.10 today. I was in the carpark placed on hold till 11.15 and I had to cut the call and call back to get help. Asked to come to a small area between doors and wait to be temp tested. stood there for nearly 10 mins with other patients and my 4 year old. When I called reception again, the lady just yelled at me asking me to be patient. They will threaten you with a 25$ fine if you are late or miss an appointment but no issues in mistreating patients and keeping them waiting for well over 40 mins.

There is one set of Front office Staff who aren't customer friendly or who would rather not be there if they had got a better Job. I am specific that it is the Front office especially the younger ones.
I had an issue where by I had to repeat my name several times only because the lady refused to right down the information on a piece of paper and then go looking for the referral among the files. So I asked her to transfer the Call to another assistant , and she did after a wait But did not pass on the Information that I just given her so I had to repeat myself all over again. Now this one was'nt any different.
My recommendation to the owner would be to request the front office staff to Jott down the patients details on a piece of paper before they go looking for the details among the files. UNLESS, she has a great memory. This is the second time but there have been other incidents as well. Otherwise the Center is Good to attend.

This doctors is amazing and is nice staff and cheap and it is a hardly any wait and only at the most 20 min wait is hardly anything so There is nearly all the time they have appointments all the time usaley

I went here with a condition that had to be recorded and reported for centrelink dsp claim i was in fact told i should drive a cab??i stated thats a dangerous job and was told something else i could do,i was in fact moving well away from any form of work to recover,some false things were put on the form that i did not state,i threw the form away as i decided to go elsewhere he sent it in anyway.i did not go for employment advice!

after moving interstate and living with my parents i found myself ill and needed to see a doctor, this clinic was basically 3 steps from their house. i waited in the cold waiting room for 1 hr 15 mins and then the doctor made out i was a druggie because i had no past medical history in vic and i was in need of a painkiller. I am dissapointed with how they treat new patients.

Lovely friendly staff, waiting room is generous, staff happy to oblige to patient requests, staff squeeze in appointments when urgent! Spoil the kids with jelly bean even when really sick - kids love it.

I USE THIS SERVICE WHEN I CANT GET INTO TO SEE MY NORMAL DOCTOR IN DANDENONG. MY DAUGHTER GOES HERE AS SHE HAS THE BENEFIT OF SEEING A LADY DOCTOR. VERY PROFESSIONAL

I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO ATTEND THIS CENTRE EVEN CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME AS I HAVE NEVER BEEN TURNED AWAY.THEY HAVE LOOKED AFTER MY FAMILY AND MAKE THEM SMILE AGAIN
