Jan made inquiries with me for another customer regarding a woman with at least 4 identities. She listened to how this woman, a former friend, had taken advantage of my generosity and caused me unnecessary stress and expense. I said, “Thanks for doing what you do. This has all been like grieving and you have started the healing process.” She replied, “This is why I love my job, I get to make a difference in peoples' lives and, if I'm honest, it's healing for me too,” which I thought was wonderful. I have a rental property down south and an agent signed up a tenant for me in Feb 2014 without doing proper due diligence checks .
