I was involved in an industrial accident at work for a well-known company in Perth. I asked Jan Ross to urgently serve documents on two witnesses. The first was done the same day without a hitch. The second she was unable to serve because the man had No Fixed Abode and, when she went to serve him at his place of work, the management became obstructive and told her to leave the premises. When I saw her detailed report, I said it was "Perfect", because I feel sure that the Court will instantly draw an inference from the management’s attitude.

On the 19th of October, 2015, I sent an email to Jan at Pathfinder Investigations, asking her to help me find out the truth about whether or not my mother is actually my mother. After 48 years of conflicting information spoken by Mum (only since reading a book recommended by Jan; 'Healing from family riffs'). Do I now realise just how insidious many of the things Mum used to say, are.
Four yrs ago I stopped having anything to do with Mum, took me all those yrs to be able to break away from the mind games and abuse.
Jan suggested two options, we went with option a; getting a DNA sample from both parties - myself and mum, had no idea how to approach Mum, but told Jan I'd pray to God that He would guide her accordingly. And He did.
The day Jan had planned on approaching Mum, she was on another job that took her out of the city for the night. On her way back, she called in on Mum; explained who she was and why she was there. Mum complied with Jan's request and gave the sample.
Less than a week later we had the results; she is indeed my mother. For the 1st time in 48 yrs, I'm relaxed and happy, the test results removed an otherwise nasty game off the table and in turn, I got my power, back.

We lost touch with our son about 11 years ago when he moved up north to work in the Pilbara. Last year we tried The Salvation Army Family Tracing Service, but they made no progress over 14 months, which was disappointing. Jan never needed to act on my call for help. She already was committed to a job that night.
