At first I tried an agent in the city of Perth, only to discover they would not allow an EFT, did not have a credit card machine and wanted me to draw cash from the bank. When I queried this ridiculous payment option, they were rude to me. From my car outside I discovered Pathfinder on Google and even though they are based in Geraldton, the service of divorce papers on my ex was flawless, efficient and very professional. Actually, while I operate the business from Geraldton, most of my own agents cover the Greater Perth Area from Yanchep to Augusta, plus Broome and Esperance and, in fact, I have contacts through Western Australia. We prefer EFT, but we do accept debit or credit card details over the phone.

This is why, unlike our competitors, we also provide (free of charge) a completed Affidavit of Proof of Signature (or Identity, as the case may be) to the Applicant after service, in addition to the sworn Affidavit of Service, together with a letter explaining their next steps.

This client required us to prove that her husband had not returned to Australia in order to obtain a Dispensation of Service. The Family Court has strict criteria requiring us to evidence that we have taken all reasonable steps to prove that service is not possible or practicable.
