Hired a double cocktail slushie machine for our staff christmas party. The machine was delivered at the specified time (they called an hour before to let us know when they were on the way) & was picked up the next day. The delivery man was friendly & helpful, giving us clear instructions on how to use the machine. Everyone loved it, would definitely use this company again!

Our slushie machine was a big hit at our party and it was great value. Unfortunately with had a technical issue on the night and one side stopped working. On pickup, we told the Passiontails guys and they gave us a FULL refund, even though we had used half of the slushies. They said they wanted us to be 100% satisfied. Awesome service.

We hired an twin tub slushie machine for my sons 5th birthday party. It was a great success with the kids as well as the adults.. The experience from beginning to end was FANTASTIC.. We have used Passiontails twice for our kids parties. The service is always efficient, from booking, delivery and pick up. It is so easy dealing with Passiontails and the slushie machine was a hit with the kids as well as the adults. Will definitely use Passiontails again.
