The product is fine - as expected. The customer service is very good. Neil was polite, attentive and turned up when he said he would. Couldn't have been happier.

Very happy with the overall experience. Communication could stand some improvement as some communication became confusing when trying to call/email without timely response. However, value, quality and service were outstanding over all.

I am definitely doing business with these guys again!! The lady who took my order was very helpful and even suggested a flavour to go with my colour theme!! The Pina Colada was a smash hit at my party!! The delivery guys were lovely, friendly and explained everything well, plus they made sure that everything was working before they left!! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone thinking on hiring a slushie machine!!

Used passiontails for my daughters 18th bday party. We hired a twin tub slushie machine for cocktails, dry bar tables, covers and bar stools. Online and over the phone ordering was straight forward, they had prompt delivery, polite service, clear explanations on setting up and using equipment. They picked everything up the next day. Made the party extra special and so much easier.
