Enjoyed the Sturt Focaccia, great place for lunch or breakfast! Staff and atmosphere were fantastic. Nestled in the heart of Ballarat in the Block Arcade between Myer & Target, handy location. I took home a catering list for my next family function!

I notice they offer a catering service for all functions, which sounds great too. Yummy food for lunch, slices and cakes looked great also (although didnt try them today).
Oh and the coffee was the best i've had in ballarat!

having specific dietary requirements seems to be a bit daunting for the staff there. although they are friendly and try to be accommodating, it didn't sink in to them to not charge me for items on the menu that i couldn't have - i.e. the soup (which i could have) and the roll (which i couldnt but was still charged for). very poor consideration of clients needs.

This was a nice little cafe, tucked out of the common way around the streets of Ballarat. We chose it because it wasn't "frightening" by being full of beautiful people. It was a nice normal place, tables and chairs, counter and music low. It's in the arcade where you can walk through to Myers and offers hot and cold drinks, gourmet sandwiches for $5 - 8.00 and large and interesting servings of breakfasts and lunches for about $12 - 15.
Staff brought our coffee to the table and although not quite strong enough for my taste, it was quite good. A nice place to just relax and watch the shoppers go by and not have to wear your upmarket gear to be seen in.
Also had an array of yummy biscuits and slices on offer in the front counter as well as fresh made meals from the kitchen. Coffee was $3.70.
