This place is amazing. It has to be stated that obviously this is a rec club... NOT an entirely comeptitive club. The coaches new AND old are and were great. Classes are well structured and not too big. Kinder gym do have bigger classes but ONLY BECAUSE you have the whole gym to yourself and TWO coaches AND you're out on the floor with them! I highly recommend this for you children no matter what the age, ability, etc and if you have a shy kid... the coaches will do everything they can to get your child out onto the floor and having some fun.
new equipment AND SAFE!!

The equipment is all new and great but the classes are not organised and lack that touch. My kid spent a lot of time by herself while the instructor was helping others. The staff were friendly enough

I think Gym monkeys are great - my daughter loves it, as do I, the equipment is far better than what I am used to and the staff are just so friendly and make an effort with the children. It gives my daughter a great base to start, if she continues to do gymnastics.

I did a trial here with my child and was very disappointed. The staff were friendly but the class was large and there was a LOT of 'free time' on equipment and not a lot of instruction or explanation as to the reasoning behind each activity (e.g this builds fine motor skills etc). Won't be joining here.

Hi there, with my experience, with the younger kinder gym kids, they have their classes planned and new things are worked on each week. classes are big because they have two coaches and the whole gym to themselves AND their parents on the floor with them also. they have group activites and they have one set cirtuit then the other one , the one they did the week before they get to have a bit of a play on their own with their parent.

after school gymnastics classes have a max of 6 kids in begs and levels 1-squad have a max of 8 so ALL children get the right amount of attention that they need.

I am the business owner. We have a complaints procedure in place to try to rectify the problems/concerns if the person is willing to work with us. Sometimes it is a misunderstanding, and sometimes we need to pick up our game! With regards to the money situation, all clients are advised over the phone relating to payment procedures when booking class. We take all feedback on board - good or bad. Sorry to hear that she thinks our customer service in not up to scratch (we will work on it!!), Great to hear her daughter had a ball!!

This place is great. It is like a gym for kids, they have kindergym for the 3yo and under, trampoline classes, gymnastics etc. It is part of gymnastics victoria. Classes are approx 45 mins (kindergym). Kids are encouraged to climb, swing, jump etc. The staff are friendly and professional.
