Great coffee, with great latte art too. They roast their own blends too, which produce some really good coffee on our home espresso machine.

We've been coming here for years for coffee and a toastie before shopping. The owners are lovely and their staff are great. Coffee is excellent quality, best in the centre, and the toasted sandwiches are awesome. They are great value on thick artisan bread, toasted to perfection.

The go to place in Westfield Doncaster if you consider yourself a coffee connisseur. Surprisingly inexpensive but incredibly tasty and located conveniently in a small central stand near Coles. The staff are friendly and best of all they're quick. If I'm in the area and I just want a good coffee I come here everytime.

Very very good coffee!! I love this place because the coffee is excellent, the staff actually have personalities and it's all very reasonably priced! I cannot abide cafe's with delusions of grandeur who charge a fortune for their product, which makes me thrilled to go to Coffee Hit where their product is excellent and I don't have to go into debt to buy it! Their food cabinet is tempting and delicious, priced accordingly. Overall I never struggle to go back.

Had a coffee and cake here this afternoon whilst at Doncaster shopping town. Firstly the eftpos machine was not working, after three tries it eventually went through. Asked for hot coffee but it wasn't, and under normal circumstances I would have taken it back but we were on a time limit so drank it and moved on.

for a change i get hot chocolates and i asked for it weak and it was just perfect amount of chocolate and not too milky

I also use the store's loyalty cards which is handy to get a free coffee occasionally

I regularly buy my takeaway coffee from here-it's the best i've found! It's amazing to get such consistently good coffee-never burnt and service is always fast and professional. The coffee isn't cheap but they do have a loyalty rewards card which is well worthwhile.

To be honest, I am not a coffee fan, occasionally I buy coffee from other coffee shop until one day at my friend house, he made some coffee for me using the coffee bean that bought from this shop, the coffee was superb. I ask my friend and he told me it was from this shop, after that day, I will get a cup of coffee everytime I vist westfield doncaster. The service is excellent as you don't have to wait long for coffee and coffee taste was wondeful. The have loyalty card as well so you get free coffee after 6 cup of coffee. thumbs up for this shop.

As far as a coffee shop goes, this nails it, surprisingly as it is located in a shopping centre! The coffee is always superb, I don't think I have ever waited more than 4 or 5 minutes for a coffee even when it's packed. They have loyalty cards too where your 8th is free which is nice and a standard cup is about $3.20 which you can't complain about at all. The staff are all good. They have sandwiches and other things in a fridge display and cookies and cakes, but I have never indulged, they do look good though.

I first heard of this place while researching where to purchase cheaper but highest quality decaffeinated coffee beans on the internet. I've been ordering from them for a couple of years now.

The last time I ordered, I inadvertently ordered Caff Fiend instead of Caff Free beans. When I realised my error with the confirmation email, I immediately rang them to change the order. Even though the price for decaf beans was slightly higher and I owed the difference, they waived the additional fee and happily sent the correct beans.

They also noticed my address in Doncaster East and advised me that they'd just opened a shop front at Westfield Shoppingtown in Doncaster. They wanted me to know that I could save on postage by visiting next time I was at Shoppingtown. Wonderful! I hadn't put two and two together and connected the two places, so I would have blithely continued to order the beans and pay extra for a long time to come. They've saved me a lot of money.

AND, I just LOVE the rich taste of their beans. Goes without saying.

EDIT (23/10/09): When I visited the shop in person to buy my beans last month, the service was exceptional and I got a free latte with my purchase!
