I have been a member here in the past & never had to wait for equipment which was great as it is a very large venue. The pool area is fantastic which offers swimming lessons. I used to be a swimming instructor here & the children always had a great time. I did find the staff at reception could have been a bit more professional

I regularly visit Bayfit to use the pool/spa/sauna on a casual payment basis. At $10.50 per visit it is very affordable and the facilities are top notch.

Full memberships are quite expensive and keep me on the casual system.

Everything is always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A++ in my view.

We've visited this pool on a few occasions - for a birthday party and then for some family swim time. It's been a little bit of a mixed bag really. The party seemed to me to not be supervised enough. There were about 15 young boys and only one in-pool staff member plus the lifeguard person who patrols the whole room. I had mentioned that my son is not confident in deep water and yet I saw him being told to line up to jump off these large inflatable raft things in the very deepest end of the pool. The food also was not great.

Then on our own swim times we've found that the smaller pool was "out of action" because of a contamination issue and we couldn't really go into the larger one since my child is not good in deep water. But on other occasions, fun was had in the shallower pool.

The changing rooms are okay but we got stuck in here once with a faulty lock.

There is also a whole lot of other services here - gyms and exercise programmes etc but I haven't used them.

So we had some good swim times but it's not the best place I've been.
