He kept me fully updated on appointments and delivered his detailed findings in a thorough report very promptly. Paul was also available to answer our questions after reading his report. Excellent service. The building and pest inspection were completed within a short time frame. Report was delivered quickly while being very comprehensive of all matters, noting not only minor defects but areas for suggested attention in the future and ways to address problems. As a pre-purchase report, the report was very helpful in making the purchase decision and our plans for the property. Paul was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Paul has been fantastic from the day I first contacted him through until after he presented the report for us. Every step of the way he updated us as to when he was scheduled to inspect the property and after the inspection was done he provided a summary SMS of the state of the property prior to emailing the detailed report. I would highly recommend Paul and BIA for any kind of building reporting as the level of detail in his reports is exemplary.
