Paul has been fantastic from the day I first contacted him through until after he presented the report for us. Every step of the way he updated us as to when he was scheduled to inspect the property and after the inspection was done he provided a summary SMS of the state of the property prior to emailing the detailed report. The number of clear photos and clear explanations are above and beyond my expectations.
