Michael offered a competitive quote for a VRV air-conditioning system that met our need for relative energy efficiency and aesthetics, as we wanted 4 bedrooms air-conditioned, and did not really want to have 4 outdoor units. It was an end-to-end solution including plumbing and electrical certification and we only had to deal with Michael. His team, led by Daniel were really focused on the job, professional and completed the job very promptly.

We also appreciated Daniel's generous advice on efficient cooling and heating operation in our home. Would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat!

We were urgently looking for a babysitter to help with the dinner-bedtime routine for 3 young kids when my husband had to travel away for work. Amelia from Lisa Staffing Solutions got us a wonderful, experienced babysitter. The payment arrangements were simple and efficient and no paperwork hassle. The babysitter herself was amazing with my children and it really took the stress out from a potentially meltdown evening! I will definitely use them again and have highly recommended their service to our friends.

Our English garden had quite a few tall hedges and trees that needed pruning, shaping, and re-hedging. We found Sam on Womo and rang him up for a quote. His price was reasonable and we were won over by his knowledge and good work ethic. Our hedges are looking really formal and well-maintained and after the massive work, he also cleaned up the garden area and removed all prunings and leaves. Sam also kindly shared some great tips and advice on how to shape my rose trees. My neighbours were impressed and two of them actually wanted him to quote on theirs!

After reading many positive reviews here, I decided to engage Paul to conduct a pre-purchase inspection. He kept me fully updated on appointments and delivered his detailed findings in a thorough report very promptly. Paul was also available to answer our questions after reading his report. This gave us much confidence in participating in the auction. I will definitely use him again should the need arise.

My SMEG oven was needing a repair as it was not reaching temperature as it used to. Anthony was prompt and timely in attending to my call and was quick and accurate in diagnosing the problem. Good thing he had a spare and was able to fix the issue on the spot with the first call-out. No time-wasting and effective! Will absolutely recommend him.

I got Johnny's service after reading many glowing recommendations from other WOMO users and his service, I can confirm is excellent. On time, efficient and thorough, Johnny did a really good job with my mattress and bedroom. It was good value and even better with a WOMO voucher! I intend to use him for the other upholstery and rooms in my house.

I was desperately looking for a floral service that would deliver sympathy flowers to a friend's mother's funeral interstate (Brisbane) at a short notice. I found this wonderful company through WOMO and decided to try. The price when compared to other online stores were very reasonable. Anna blew me away by actually calling up the funeral parlour and arranging for a same day delivery so that it could reach the grieving family before the service started. My friend was very touched and commented on the lovely flowers. Great value, fantastic service with a sensitive touch, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend them.

This place is a family favourite. The roast duck is a special mention, crispy skin with sweet sour sauce. Would also highly recommend the Monk's supreme, a combination of crunchy and silky vegetarian portions, and don't go pass the seafood in bird's nest, which is seafood on bed of cripsy fried noodles shaped liked a bird's nest. Have not been disappointed by any of their dishes to date (and I've been consistently coming here over 5 years) and service is prompt and hassle-free. We are usually served free soup before our dinner dishes and dessert soup after. A definitely enjoyable experience especially in winter!

I bought a custom birthday cake from them last year and guests were most impressed with the quality and decoration. However, I was back there on Wednesday last week and was disappointed with poor, non-attentive service. Took more than 20 minutes to be served even after making an appointment. Cake did not come out as exactly as ordered and it went off after 2 days. I'm not sure whether this was one-off but considering that I paid $120 for a 10" cake, this was a pricey, unsatisfactory experience never to be repeated.

I found GSR Cleaning services on WOMO and have been using them for almost 2 months already. Sewa, the owner/manager has been prompt and courteous in responding to my request and queries. I book a fornightly service and have a very hardworking lady, Genie cleaning my house which takes approx 3 to 4 hours. I pay a fixed rate and the work gets done no matter how long it takes. My husband is a stickler for clean toilets and was especially impressed with the detailed cleaning
