Britt collected our new puppy an hour out of Newcastle, only to be told at the airport that there had been a mix-up and he couldn't fly until the next day. Rather than drive puppy all the way back, Britt rang me and explained the situation, kept the puppy overnight, and took him back to the plane next day. She rang me when he was checked in and rang again to make sure he had arrived ok. The puppy was in great condition and clearly well looked after. Her service went above and beyond what had been expected of her. Highly recommend her service. She deserves all her awards.

Thanks to Britt&co, my 2 cats made the long journey from Ettalong to Orange, boys arrived in good spirits. Great friendly service, would definitely recommend.

What a STAR I don't know what I would have done without Britt.On Wed 05/09/2018 I was moving interstate with my dog Molly myself and my son,Britt came and picked us up and drove us all plus lots of luggage to Sydney Airport .When we arrived at the Airport she came with me to lodge molly and waited until we were finished the drove us to the Domestic Airport I would highly recommend Britt she really helped us and nothing was a trouble to her

Our German Shepherd had a slipped disc and was unable to walk. We needed urgent transport to the Vet that allowed room for her condition. Recommended by the Vet, I contacted Britt for help. Britt was very caring and accommodating. She helped ease our concerns with genuine care for our dog who was in extreme pain and needed an easy access vehicle, with room for me alongside. Can't recommend Britt's animal taxi highly enough.

She is friendly, punctual, reliable & was very accommodating when I had to change the return journey's date.

Britt is very mindful of the animals welfare & safety. I was very pleased to know my cat arrived at the boarding facility & home, safe, comfortable & not stressed.

So happy with Britt, she was extremely helpful to me as I just had an operation.
She took over handling my rather boisterous labrador. Getting her into & out of the Vets for her treatment & also get her to the taxi & back into my home.
