Thank you Britt for organising everything to get my dog from my front door on the Central Coast, to a specialist vet in Brisbane. Britt provides and excellent service with my most treasured friend in the world - my cat. She is timely, prompt, friendly and trustworthy. I can't recommend her too highly.

We used this service some months ago to bring grandma's beloved pet dog down to Sydney to be looked after by us whilst she was undergoing medical treatment.
It was fairly priced, as we found other services to have a ridiculous price tag but not britts, they were fairly priced.
The service was hassle free, took the stress out of the situation for me, and it was punctual and reliable.
I would def recommend it to others.

My experience with Britt was outstanding we had our dog travel from the UK and Sydney was the best quarantine station for us although we still needed another flight to get us to our new home. Britt organised pick up of our dog crate hire and all I had to do was sit back with a coffee at the airport and meet her there, easy as that! I would strongly recommended her services as the price I received from Britt was just a 10th of the cost the airline wanted for the same service Britt was kind and is obviously mad about pets which is a comforting feeling when your beloved pet is in need. Our cat had been in quarantine for 4 weeks in Sydney and we needed to have her transported back up to Queensland. When I contacted Britts Pet taxis about the possibility of using their business and approximate costs I received an email within the hour with all the details and different ways we could go about using their service. Once we decided that we would use this company, Britts Pet Taxi organised everything from tickets to Coolangatta airport, to taxi pick up from Quarantine to personally ensuring she was handed over to the airline. They informed us every step of the way and ensured I was given apple time to organise release forms and pay any outstanding bills so it was a smooth transition. They not only contacted us by email but rang personally to ensure everything was in place. Once they had delivered our cat to the airport they again rang to put my mind at ease that she was on her way safe and sound. I highly recommend this service if you live interstate and need to transport your pet. They are not just a business with high standards but their love of animals is very apparent.

Picked our two frenchies up from quarantine on a Sunday. Very easy to sort everything out. Dropped them off to us quicker than we expected. Very nice lady. Would definitely use again

After running into car problems, we needed help collecting our dog from a kennel 40 min away. I called Britts and made the arrangement within minutes. Only after a few hours, we were reunited with our beloved dog.

The driver was kind and communicative, calling us when picking up and dropping off.

I will use Britts again and recommend them for pet transport.
