Britt collected our new puppy an hour out of Newcastle, only to be told at the airport that there had been a mix-up and he couldn't fly until the next day. Rather than drive puppy all the way back, Britt rang me and explained the situation, kept the puppy overnight, and took him back to the plane next day. She rang me when he was checked in and rang again to make sure he had arrived ok. The puppy was in great condition and clearly well looked after. Her service went above and beyond what had been expected of her. Highly recommend her service. She deserves all her awards.
