I am so happy with finding an easy way to Transport my pets (2 cats and 3 dogs) to the kennels. Britt is able to take them all in one trip I used to have to make 3 because one of my dogs doesn't like the others. Now because they can be separated for travel the time out of my day is vastly shortened .We have recently introduced the pets to being dropped off without me home. I find this fantastic because they are there to greet me when I get back from my trips away ...

My animals travel with Britt very frequently as we run our own business here and overseas Britt has organised to pick them up with out us home ,so as we can go about our business without worry.
We often book trips months in advance .and the pets leave often as we do and arrive before or as we do depending on Britts day . She lets them in settles them feeds them often and they greet us as if we

I was referred to Britt's Taxis by a large dog transport company when we were looking to move a dog from rural Victoria to Sydney and then to the airport. Britt was recommended for the leg of meeting the transport and taking him to the airport. Not only did I find Britt to be friendly and competent but her knowledge of the dog trainer and kennel industry in Sydney saved us hundreds of dollars and hardship for the dog. Because of an unusual requirement for the dog to travel I had rung many establishments in Sydney trying to find a simple solution. Britt suggested that I ring one of the best trainers, one I was unfamiliar with, and they quickly helped me sort our problem. Thank you Britt! If it hadn't been for you our dog would have been unnecessarily stuck in a kennel for days. As it was not a viable option to do it myself, I used Britt's Pet Taxi to pick up my dog from Sydney Quarantine and book and transport him to the airport for a flight to Brisbane. Having checked the price of freight with the transport company myself, I feel Britt's price was very reasonable for her time and service. Britt is a lovely person and a pleasure to deal with, I would recommend her business to anyone!
(Note : While I originally found this service searching Google, I also had other transport companies that weren't able to do a direct pick up from quarantine recommend Britt's Pet Taxi to fill the gap. With Britt's experienced advice we were able to organise things much cheaper and minimise the time my dog spent away from home, after a 30 day stay in quarantine.)

Britt picked up our Staffie from Eastern Creek Quarantine Centre and delivered her safely to the airport for shipment up to Cairns. We were very happy with the service she provided and would recommend her services to anyone.

Britt has looked after our pets since 1995 thats several generations of pets she just knows how to adjust to any pets personality our pets just jump out of their skin to see her.

Very accommodating, friendly, reliable. Price was comparable to getting a public taxi for the same distance (Eastern Creek to Sydney Domestic Airport), which was and estimated $150.00 (without tolls). The pet taxi included cost of tolls.
