I'm not very pleased with the outcome of my brazilian today. Whilst yes maybe I should have taken more time to check the results before I left, this was my first time and I was quite anxious. I've since got home to find lots of hair remaining, and many areas hardly touched that should be smooth!

Unimpressed with these results given how much anxiety I went through just to go in the first place! And I have no time to get it fixed either there or somewhere else at the moment.

I booked online and had to pay in full at time of booking which I was ok with, however I woke up on the day with a bad cold and called them to try and reschedule so I didn’t come in to their salon sick. I got a Covid test done earlier in the day and still waiting for the results. They refused to offer a rebook and said my money was just lost. I asked if they would prefer it if I just came in and they said yes or I just lose my money. I have emailed management and if this is resolved I will change my review, however for now I will not be rebooking and suggest you look elsewhere, as the fact they have such a strict policy for people who are sick I imagine it would encourage more sick people to come to their appointments. There are other great salons in the area

I was rather disappointed by my Brazilian Wax at Brazilica

The staff is very friendly and chatty. They make you feel at ease and that's great. However, I think they're not skilled enough at the waxing and at using hard wax.

Brazilica uses hard wax for their Brazilian Waxes but they apply to thick a layer and it took a long time to harden. Not all the fine hairs came off. The waxer didn't apply a pre-epilation oil to ensure the wax adhered.

The Brazilian was sloppy and clumsy. It took too long and was more painful than it should have been. She had to pluck out many hairs because the fine hairs didn't come off. It wasn't as meticulous a job as I had hoped it would be.

I've been going to the Wax Parlour in Fitzroy North and am very satisfied with my wax over there.

I live in South Melbourne but work in Fitzroy and heaps of the girls in my office said everyone who waxes goes to Brazilica so I had to try it for myself. I have to say it's the best wax I have experienced. I went to the one in Brunswick because the Collingwood one was booked out. i parked right out the front (Sydney Rd can be a nightmare but this is a good spot) and I was in and out for a XXX wax in 15 minutes during my lunch break. The wax is organic and so it didn't hurt like my old place did and the cream they used smelt delicious. Highly, highly recommend this waxing place if you are in Melbourne.

THE BEST BRAZILIAN IVE EVER HAD! I had heard of this place from other people and had to try it myself. I arrived half an hour early and they took me straight through to do my treatment. The wax was perfect temp and the experience was fast and through. Normally im a huge sook when it comes to waxing but this was over in no time and it didn't hurt half as much as other places. Will never be going anywhere else.

I am new in Melbourne and my co-workers recommended this place. I was extremely nervous about finding a new waxer. I found the whole experience great. I booked online, took advantage of their Monday specials and will never let the girl go who did it. She made me do this relaxing breathing trick and talked me through the whole thing. They didn't try to sell me any products and were very quick. All the staff seem happy and sweet and I felt welcomed. I have sent everyone I know here and they have all had good experiences.

This wax didn't even hurt one bit. The girl was chatting the whole way through and made me feel like this was the most normal thing in the world to be doing. The most thorough brazilian wax I have had in all my 10 years of waxing.
