DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIA COMPANY ! My order was never received due to an error with my address and now they refuse to refund or resend or resolve this issue..

Communication is non existent with weeks between responses to emails. I have spend almost $90 on a dress in on the 10/10/2021 it was shipped on the 15/10/2021… that was returned back to them in November and they told me “it’s been to long so I can’t refund” I have been contacting them via email since December 1st trying to find my dress that never arrived and the tracking number didn’t work. Contacted them on Dec 8th and realised the issue.. they didn’t reaping until the 29th of December …Obviously over the Xmas break I had shut down but responded on 1/1/2022 (being a public holiday I wasn’t able to go to the post office to correct the issue.. and then the week I came back contracted covid and had 2 family members pass…I got to the post office on 7/3/22 and the tracking number still didn’t work. So I had emailed boho dreaming again.. later that day the post office got back in contact with me and told me the dress was actually returned to sender on November 4th so boho dreaming had sent me on a run around to find this dress when it had already been returned to them.
I just want a resolution !

Bought 3 items, one tshirt received a different top to what i ordered.. was large n was so tight couldnt get it on. Also bought sleveless top, that came with a hole in it. 3rd item was an anklet that was just a cheap piece of very long string with cheap beads on it. Tried to refund they were declined due to no photos, however it would not attach my photos when i tried. I emailed them with photos, no response. All these items came from China n took ages. Never again, wasted about $100. Thought this was an Australian Company.

I first ordered with Bohodreaming during the height of covid. My goods took nearly 3 months to arrive and I was also told they were probably a Chinese scam company. BUT when the goods finally did arrive, I really loved them. They were good quality, exactly as illustrated on the site and definitely good value. They were so good I decided to order again and have done so twice now. Both times my goods have arrived with no problems. I'm so glad I decided to try again as Bohodreaming is now on my regular rotation of online clothing stores.

I am very disappointed. They sent a dress in different material and will not refund. They offer a credit but after this experience I am reluctant to order anything.
The dress comes from a different place and there is no effort to check. They are the seller and it is their responsibility to verify.
I have reported them to the ACCC.

My dress arrived today and I am so happy with it. I will definitely order from you again. I have been looking for a reputable boho clothing site for ages and reviews are always terrible.

I have to say I was dreading my deliveries as there are numerous bad reviews saying Boho Dreaming is a Chinese scam company and that the products are not like the pictures and badly made in sub standard materials.
So I was wrapped when both deliveries turned up exactly as the picture described them. I particularly love the vintage kimono, it’s beautiful. The material is a bit thin, but great for summer and great for the price.
Your service has also been excellent, another thing that the reviews complained about.
I can only assume your Australian company is different to other overseas ones, or somebody has deliberately tried to sabotage your company with bad reviews. I just googled Boho Dreaming and that’s where all the reviews came up.
Anyway I’m looking forward to my last delivery and if it’s also great, I won’t hesitate to use you again.
