DON"T DO IT! WORST SERVICE EVER!
ORDERED LARGE - GOT A SMALL. NOTIFIED COMPANY AND AS I LEFT IT 8 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY - WOULD NOT REFUND.
OWNER/MANAGER RESPONSE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL!

Interesting that the people on here only complain because they did not comply with our policies. Our policies are made within reason, why did it take you longer than 7 days to try the garment on and contact us? You received the correct size, it was just a bit small on you. We cannot change our policies on a customer whim, sorry.

Would not buy from this site. takes weeks to get the order then will not offer refunds. I brought a t-shirt that does not fit and when I contacted to obtain a refund, was told we don't refund on shirts as they are true to the sizing guide. not good enough. I would not and will not purchase from this company again. I would think keeping your customers happy would ensure return sales. There will be NO return sales from this customer. Do your homework prior to buying.

Don't use this company. They do NOT ship from Australia. It seems that when you order, THEN they order for it to be mad God knows where. Allegedly. Then nothing arrived. It's been a month. The 2 different tracking numbers that they have sent me link to LaPoste (France) and Singapore Post and are both invalid. Very deceitful as they Mahe themselves look like they are a WA based company that ships from there. Not happy.

Finally after 8 weeks the dress arrived.
It's horrible.
Some weird textured stretchy fabric and completely ill-fitting. It's put together ok I think, but the fit is nothing like the picture. All baggy and no form or shape.
Definitely do NOT recommend this company.

We hold some stock here in Perth, but mostly we ship directly from our suppliers. Shipping directly saves having a warehouse, further staff, double handling and postage costs which would all get passed onto the customer. Saving double packaging and freight also contributes to a cleaner environment.
