Bill provides honest and holistic approach to car maintenance, pays a high attention to detail, answers questions in layman terms, is thoughtful and has exceptional customer service. Carmel provides prompt updates with when the car is ready to be collected. Thanks for the suggestion to travel on Bell st was home in 35 minutes. Carmel and Bill are the real deal- both very good at what they do and they care about your car! I had a car emergency and they were able to fit me in at short notice and then do a great job at fixing the problem rather than buying in an expensive new part.

Couldn't fit me in before i go in 10 days, need to book in advance. Gave me some free sterling advice over the phone. Good on ya!

The brakes had failed on our family car and we were in real difficulty having two young kids. Carmel and her team did us a great favour and got the car fixed and back on the road within two days during a very busy period for them by working late to get the job done. Really appreciated this effort.

Mechanics seem to be one of those suppliers you stick with, even when there could be better on offer. A recent move prompted me to try Autocare, and boy am I glad. Not only for the reasonable prices and comprehensive list of future work needed, but also for the fact that you're not expected to drop your car in at 7.30am (like my previous mechanics). Highly recommended.
