I too had a poor experience regarding a voucher appointment. Aside from an overall rude and cold demeanour from the staff I interacted with, I was asked to pay another $50 (on top of the money I had already paid for my voucher) due to conditions that were not outlined in the "fine print". For instance, the conditions stated that 'hair past the shoulders' was a $5 surcharge. When I was told about these mysterious new charges (by the stylist's daughter, who appeared from nowhere when the stylist decided to disappear into the back, perhaps to avoid the whole situation), I pointed out the conditions listed on the voucher; the daughter simply shrugged. I had to simply leave, embarrassed and angry. No effort was made from any staff to explain these bizarre new conditions and why they differed so much from the explanation on the voucher, and no effort was made to even be nice or sympathetic about it. They are also now refusing to provide a refund. Avoid.

Never had I had such a poor experience with a Hairdresser even before I walked in the door. I booked on Friday for a 10AM Sunday appointment for a cut and blow wave, with the use of a cut/colour/blow-wave voucher I was given as a gift. Saturday night at 9.30PM I received a text from business stating that she needs my voucher number, as I was out and did not have on me, I did not respond. 11.07PM another text advising that my appointment has been cancelled. Expressing my disappointment with the pour customer service and the fact she only requested the voucher number late the night before my appointment, I could provide the number when I got home or at my appointment. Her sassy response advising how important her time is, she gave me until 12AM to give the voucher. The text was sent 11.59PM. An absolutely disgusting display of customer service and pushing away the local customers.

Today was my first visit to Bouquet & Garter, not only was the salon beautifully presented and clean but the staff were friendly and the service matched. iv never really had anyone ask questions about my life style and how I do my hair before but Vanessa asked all these questions before she cut my hair to make sure that I was able to style it at home. will definitely be going back.

I had my first appointment at this salon with Luke, He was warm and welcoming. I told him what I wanted done with my hair (not knowing exactly what I wanted). He perfectly matched the colour and cut that I had wanted without having to explain in too much detail to him. The overall service was brilliant and I will definetely be back!

I loved it was a beautiful salon, they are all just so nice and my hair looks amazing. I left feeling like someone actually understood what I asked of them. I felt so comfortable. I totally recommend this amazing salon to you all.

Upon entry was greeted and seated promptly excellent and friendly service. Hair cut and colour was given exactly as described by myself totally recomended give them a go for complete satifaction. Also very child friendly.
