These guys are terrible!!!!!!!
I had a 5 bedroom house we booked for "Rockstar" to move. They actually showed up late, then said they needed a bigger truck. He left... AND NEVER RETURNED!!!!!!!.

We tried for the next 2 hours to get a hold of him... we had to find another removalist.. paid double because it was on the day... and we were still moving ourselves with hired trailers at midnight ..... with 4 kids.. Thanks ROCK STAR!!!

WE must have called them 50 times on the day... from 5 different phones..... never answered

The guy then has the hide to text us nearly a week later and want to have a "reasonable conversation".......

About the only thing accurate about this company is the name.....

NEVER EVER USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would recommend this Removals company, for 3 reasons.
1.They came referred by my sister in law.
2.They came and quoted in person and offered us a service tailored to our needs ( required 3 different pick up locations.
3.Did everything they quoted but with one exception.,,, because they finished 45 mins under the 5 hour quote, they discounted the fee.

** DO NOT USE** ** DID NOT SHOW UP** Booked in advance detailing the job (very steep driveway and size of house and items). Great customer service on the phone, felt confident in my booking.

Unfortunately they cancelled on the morning and bumped me to the afternoon slot. I was instigating contact throughout the day. By late afternoon, I suggested that we reschedule to the next day, the Sunday. On the Sunday morning, the owner asks me to explain the job (again). Then an hour later provides a lame excuse stating that his staff member can no longer assist us. Then doesn't answer his phone or respond to text messages. Rockstar Removals completely left us in the lurch. The horrible part is that it appears that they never intended to assist us. Had they been upfront on the Saturday morning, I could have booked another business and the impact on my young children would have been completely different.

Excellent service provided, Happy with cost and time it took to complete the move nothing damaged and the two men were very professional, friendly and positive throughout the day

Tom and Jay moved me on New Years eve, only a relatively small move. Was happy with the guys, they arrived 10 mins early and got through it quicker than I first thought. Always nice when things come under budget. Even put my bed together and set up the washing machine for me Pleasant, happy guys who answered all my questions ( sorry boys ) clearly and always kept me in the loop, with what was going on.

Never showed despite confirming the job the night before. Left us stranded. Refused to respond to calls, messages, emails. Do not trust!

My partner and i were happy with the move . The Piano was handled easily, without issue ( inc stairs ) Sorry guys!!
We will use again in 6 months no doubt at all, when we get back from Holidays

I would not recommend this business. Booked for move at 12.30 pm. At 1.15 they called to say they were close by and wouldn't be long . At 3.30 pm we cancelled the job after trying to call them twice. Eventually a TEXT from the owner asking were the drivers there and when I replied saying NO and they were now 3 hours late we heard nothing back. NO apology--nothing. So much for customer service. Moving with another company tomorrow. Very professional and cheaper .Rockstar are all talk to get the job but definitely no action. Do yourselves a favour and give them a big miss and go to someone reliable and cares about the customer. Very very poor service and very inconvenient. NEVER use them!!!!

Outstanding workers .
Very relieved as we had used another company last time, who broke a few things. Very happy as the guys Scott and Darren worked well and were especially polite.
Made my family and I feel comfortable and confident things would go smoothly. And they did.
