***DO NOT USE*** - poor communication to arrange service, damaged furniture, the movers accepted blame and said they would 'look after us' via insurance. All calls, emails and texts requesting to make insurance claim have been ignored since they walked out the door 3 weeks ago.

***UPDATE****** Post service customer care non-existent. Any attempt at contact has been ignored since they charged our cc.

I moved from Wodonga to Bulleen last week
The move was smooth, they arrived on time and no issues at all with the workmanship.( nothing broken , just one tiny mark on the door at new place - but they fixed that at end of job , talk about being prepared for anything !! )
. The boys were really friendly and explained what they were doing at all times on the day , which was made things a lot easier than they could have been.
Was nice to be "kept in the loop " as the job took place

My wife booked with Rockstar for May 24th.
We had a 4 bedroom home that was extremely full ( as we have 4 kids too )
The boys did a nice job and nothing was broken and everything went to plan.
Took just a bit under 7.5 hrs, which was 1 hour under the estimated quote.
Scott and Jp were excellent- the truck was big, well stocked and they bubble wrapped my TV 's and also the fridge.

wish I could give less than 1 star. They did not show up and wouldn't answer the phone and has not given us a reason why they didnt show up. Thank god for a friend we hired a truck thru budget and done it ourselves as we needed to move that day. Would never use them again and would never recommend them

We used them on the weekend just gone and had a wonderful moving experience to be frank.
Scott and Darren were on time , worked so quickly but what was most impressive, was the way they worked as a unit- considering the access was diabolical, with slippery, long and steep driveway !
No issues, they worked from 730 am to 300 pm without so much as a 5 minute break- Our home was a 4 bedroom, including 3 teenage girls, so you can only imagine how much crap we had!!
Super fast, great attitudes and great price ( as last time we moved it took 3 and half hours longer...so came under our budget..10 out of 10.

2nd time we have used after a friend recommended them last year.
Hilarious guys, had me in stitches all day...on top of doing a great job, with the moving- the personality, positive nature and friendliness was the standout for me.
My Dad, who essentially does not like anyone- was very happy...which was the most surprising aspect

We booked them through Compare Quotes and received their quote with 3 others.
Chose them based on the in person quote and general customer service.
The job went pretty well, minus a wet part on couch, but it was pretty unavoidable considering the torrential rain!!
They did cover it but due to the long steep driveway, got exposed to the elements-- but overall, a top class effort
in awful conditions.
Service fantastic, price did not break bank- would recommend

I wish I could give them less than one star. They simply did not show up and were not communicative. It is shocking that a company with this record is still in business. I encourage anyone who needs the removalists to show up to look elsewhere - my partner and I had to take a day off work because of their extreme incompetence.

Rubbish - never showed up and even worse to receive no communication despite attempts from our end. Avoid at all costs if you want actually need someone reliable.

I was hesitant after seeing a couple of reviews on here...but in the end, trusted my friend- And so happy I did !!
The two guys Callum and Jp were outstanding- they were early, worked really fast and wrapped all my glass and fragile furniture with ease. Not sure what the reviews I read were all about( never seen one that complains about service, just " no shows" but frankly they can't all be real, cause they were fantastic. Why would anyone not show anyway..and not make $ - Well never the less, i throw my support behind them and will use again and recommend. Thanks guys, P/S thanks for the Movie vouchers, with the thank-you pack sent in the mail ( nice touch indeed )
