I was in the loop with how the job would take place and on the day it went to plan easily. My hubby and I received a couple of movie tickets in the mail too , in a little " thank-you pack "

Excellent team, excellent service. The guys were good at the job and seemed to take great pride in it also. All about the small things, with them even dismantling and reassembling beds, washing machine and Tv from wall.

Moved a piano for us and did so very professionally, without any issues.
The 2 guys were in uniform and clearly had a lot of experience- especially as they had to us ramps to get up the 6 steps into the house.

Top service - Moved us from a 3rd floor apartment in St Kilda, to House in Kew.
Really good guys on the day, and handled everything well, with no damage.

Really angry at John Paul (Owner of this business) who to date has not had the courtesy to contact us to explain why they didn't show up on the day of our move!!! HUGH inconvenience to us as we had packed up our family home ready to move. They were contacted a few times in the previous week and it was even confirmed 2 days before we were due to shift! They didn't have the decency to phone me back after I had left numerous messages on JP's mobile when we were trying to find out where they were. DO NOT USE THIS UNRELIABLE BUSINESS AS THEY PROBABLY WONT TURN UP FOR YOUR BIG MOVE - it's not worth the risk!

Simply didnt show up on the morning of the move. Furious with Rockstar removals and the owner who has stopped taking calls and has refused to explain why we were left in the lurch on the day.. Steer clear if you want your move / relocation to happen.

Impressive service overall- Storage was tough access but the guys were calm, well prepared and communicated really well. Could not be happier how smoothly it went, compared to the last team that moved us in, who broke 3 things including our TV..Lets just say, use Rockstar Removals...NOT #### and a V##

The guys were fantastic, gave us Free boxes, wrapped our valuables with bubble wrap as well and even had Free mattress wraps.
Polite, good attitudes, no nonsense service.
