I have always organised my phones through this company. I have always found them to be rather knowledgeable of the different plans and phones available.

I have been with exetel for about 3 years now. Any problems that I have had have been quickly fixed. They don't have a call centre as such, but I've never had issues with this in the past. I've found price wise they are the best that I can get in my area.

Currently been with Virgin for about 3 years. Love their capped plans. Any problems that I have had have been quickly sorted. Main problem is that their call centre is overseas, which can make it difficult to understand the people that you are talking to - but this seems to be the norm for most places these days anyway.

Wonderful shop. Prices are very reasonable. Relatively quick service. The amount of food that they have to choose from is huge. They also do coffee and cake which is nice. Their cakes are to DIE for!

Every time that I have had to deal with this bank they have been nothing but wonderful. Staff are always quick at answering my enquiries.

Wonderful idea for a website. I have saved so much money buying 2nd hand textbooks for my degree. I have also now started to sell my used textbooks. Very easy to search for books, as well as to list your own. I believe this site has saved me thousands. If not more.

Not overly impressed with fishpond. Bought a book that said I would have within 5-7 days, months later - still no book. Find their customer service to leave a lot to be desired with a lot of their staff having a 'not my problem' attitude. Prices are good - but that's not much help when the books take so long to be received.

Wonderful site - very cheap books. Always posted very quickly. Free postage! Always found that the customer service is very fast with a satisfactory outcome.

Massive store, plenty of parking. I have found prices to be cheaper than that of Woolworths Figtree. Always seems to have a good amount of checkouts open.

Well set out shop. Staff always seem to be willing to assist when needed. Prices are reasonable for good quality products. Keep in mind that they charge for bags.
