Staff are always wonderful - more than willing to help. Clothes are expensive (though they have good sales), and found the quality to not be wonderful in some situations. However finding clothes that are plus size is extremely difficult and the variety that they have is wonderful.

Great prices, however I find the store to be rather unorganised. Especially the boys clothing - seems that things are just thrown on racks, makes it so hard to find what you are looking for.

Usually a pleasurable experience. Sometimes I find they need to have more checkout staff on hand. Their photo section now does most photo gifts in less than 1 hour which is wonderful for last minute gifts.

Staff are brilliant - always happy to suggest things that we will like for dinner. Also are happy to make up things like schnitzel for me while I wait if it isn't on display. Very friendly place of business.

Always have competitive prices, their produce is very fresh and always lasts well. They are well staffed, I've never had to wait long to be served. Staff are friendly and approachable.

Great hair dressers - they are wonderful with kids. I find their prices to be reasonable. Staff are always lovely and I have never had a bad haircut. They frequently have discounts in the Westfield book of offers or on the back of shop a dockets.

Wonderful pizza place. Haven't tasted better pizzas anywhere else. They add lots of toppings. Their dine in section is very simple, but their food is what blows you away. I always bring my kids when we dine in and the staff are just wonderful with them.

I'm currently an external student, and the amount of support that they provide is wonderful. Always very professional and they understand the problems that external students have.

Wonderful. Has great tips on how to save money as well as a forum with a great community feel. The joining fee and yearly renewal fee is an extremely small amount to pay considering how much I have saved with this website.

Always fairly slow. Prices are reasonable, food isn't too bad, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
