Mark did an amazing job - Our original door from the 70s now glides open and shut probably better than it did when it was new. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark. I think he's a perfectionist! He not only repaired the door, he replaced the broken handles (due to us having to drag the door open and shut for years!). I was amazed by the low price too! I HIGHLY recommend Back2New!!

I've visited this Lifecare and been looked after by Anthony McEvoy on two different occasions. He is amazing. The problems I have are spinal (lower - osteo arthritis). Anthony has a no fuss approach, is expert in dry needling and has released me from ALL pain with only two or three visits. I am talking about pain that I suffered from for months in the first case. The second case I went straight to him and was back to normal within two days! I don't hesitate to recommend him. There is no need to continue suffering!

I ordered a calendar for a Christmas present on 25 Nov. It said it was in stock and would ship in around a week.
Today (17 Dec) I thought I should follow up because I had heard nothing since my order confirmation. Surprise, surprise! They write back saying the calendar 'has gone out of print and we will be unable to supply your order.'
They are refunding my payment.
Two things:
What would have happened if I hadn't followed up with them? Would they have just kept my money?
Why wasn't I informed that the order couldn't be filled sometime within the three weeks from when I ordered until when I followed up. Were they just planning on keeping my money and not sending the product.
I don't think they can be trusted and I will never use them again.
