My child wanted pizza one night while we were holidaying and we came across this restaurant located in Cullen Bay. The friendly young waiter was quick to find us a table outside.

The kids meal was a small pizza, soft drink and ice cream. The pizza was a smaller size than a "small" size which plenty for a young boy. Dessert was scooped ice cream in a bowl which my son devoured.

Pizza for mum and dad was lovely, lots of yum ingredients. They were able to make it half and half choices. My only complaint (just personal preference not to be ill-intended) base is too thin for me.

Great Irish pub located by the water which makes an ideal location to dine at.

We went to this pub on 2 separate occasions while holidaying in Darwin.

First time was a weekend morning which we had bacon and eggs on toast and pancakes. These meals were cooked well and served to us within a reasonable time considering how busy they were.

Another time we went there for lunch. Hubby had his favorite chicken parma and it was very good portion, thick cut crumbed chicken with salad and chips. I had fish and chips which was local barramundi which I did find to be delicious but for the price paid of $32 i found it very expensive for 2 small pieces of battered fish.

Service was great, staff are very friendly and attentive. They made us feel very welcomed and did their best to find us a comfy table so we can park the pram.

Very cosy pub to dine inside and table seating to dine alfresco is available to so you can overlook the water.

We met a friend for Sunday lunch at this funky pub/restaurant/eatery and were truly impressed. Apart from lovely marina views, its a great place for diners of all ages to enjoy a good meal and kids can be entertained.

at the time of visiting there was a face painter for the kids.

the meals were very impressive, pizzas, burgers, fish and chips and more. prices were very reasonable about $20 or so for a main meal which was a generous serve and very tasty.

Obviously its well known to the locals as its quite busy the time we visited and at other times when we walked by when in the area.

Staff were friendly and efficient, we were very impressed.

This place is amazing for the beach views .... we dined there for a casual dinner at sunset and were not disappointed.

The views were amazing from our casual tables located under cover. The cafe overlooks extensive beach lawns where customers can buy their meal and eat it at the tables or sit on the lawn.

The barramundi was absolutely delicious and local, priced at $16 each was very pricey admittedly but so fresh tasting and lightly battered and fried.

serves of chips were $3 or $6 and were crispy and delicious. the smaller portion was adequate for 2 adults 1 child.

beers and cold drinks are available for purchase too.

yes its a pricey fish n chip shop but you are definitely paying for the beach views and fresh quality local NT fish, so it was worth it.

Great location by the water, its a lovely modern restaurant with seating inside with welcomed air conditioning and outside dining.

Our meals were delicious although spicy, hubby and I ordered enchilada.

the nanchos for entree were delicious and the corn chips were a bit more unique than other ones i have tried at other restaurants.

kids meal was great, my little one enjoyed his plastic colourful designed cup. very practical giving kids plastic and not glass

It was my first visit to this restaurant with a small group of friends. I found it be very entertaining by the chef whipping up our banquet meal and providing entertainment of throwing bowls at us and we catching them, as well other activities.

our banquet was $49 (cheapest one available but there were more pricey ones too) included miso soup, prawn (or substitute lamb cutlet), chicken and beef and vegies (bean shoots and onions) and small bowl of fried rice

it was very tasty meal i have to admit.

we ordered banana fritter with scoop of ice cream on the side at $12. i found that to be way overpriced in my honest opinion

Its a nice restaurant full of atmosphere for a night out.

Just be warned there is one step to enter the restaurant another 3 steps inside to go to the bathroom area .... something worth mentioning for diners with limited mobility.

Spending time in hospitals is definitely an exhausting task on a good day but it makes it more bearable if there are good cafe/food options available as you spend time there.

I visited this cafe on a couple of occasions and purchased a flat bread/zatar filled with yummy ingredients. there are foccacia versions too.

very tasty ingredients in the ready made breads eg salami, pesto, grilled vegetables, chicken and more.

they also cook a couple hot meals too eg pastas

coffees and cold drinks are also served.

staff are very efficient in keeping up with serving customers.

I am pleased to have found this cafe and very impressed with food options available

We ordered a shared platter of various meats for 2 adults which had accompanied sauces.

the meat was very tasty and very unique tasting sausages featured too (they had jalapenos flavour).

I love discovering new restaurants/pubs/bistros via the entertainment book! Last weekend was definitely one of those times that my hubby and kids were out for a family day out and tried this pub for lunch.

Hubby heard about this pub as serving the best ever steaks ... well that's music to my ears as I cannot say no to a good steak (especially when i do not have to cook it myself).

I ordered a rib eye which was a generous cut of beef cooked as i liked it (medium to well) served with mashed potatoes and vegies (or salad or chips). I have to admit it was one of the best ever tastiest steaks I remember eating in a long time, especially with the mushroom sauce.

Hubby ordered a parma (no surprise there as its his favourite). He loved it saying it was a generous size topped with cheese, ham and tomatoe sauce.

our child had kids meal (priced $9 includes ice cream) of fish and chips which was lovely battered fish with crispy fresh chips.

Its a nice pub bistro to dine in alternatively we chose the beer garden/courtyard as it was more roomy with a pram

the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The young waiter was cheerful and would come over to ensure we were happy with everything. My son received crayons and colouring-in sheet which doubled up as a menu to keep him occupied.

Definitely will be going back again.

Its featured in 2016/2017 entertainment book where the voucher is buy 1 get 1 main meal

I took my young child for a play date at this play centre and found it be okay.

When we first arrived the radio was playing so loudly i barely could hear my child speak .... personally it was way too loud as we were in a play centre not in a night club!!

I asked one of the staff to turn the radio down and he obliged immediately very politely to my request.

the play equipment is clean and very interactive for kids of all ages to run about and play.

my child had a good time playing with his friends.

there is a cafe on-site and at the time of visiting the young staff members certainly lacked experience in my humble opinion. my child's order which i clearly gave to the staff member was completely opposite to what i had asked for. I just politely said no sorry I want what i paid for. unfortunately the snack meal took a long time to be brought out to us.

i appreciate it can be busy in the kitchen, however at the time of my attendance it was a quiet saturday morning with only about 10 people there.

plenty car parking outside the centre which is handy
