Recently I had an issue with baby bath tub stand which broke (the plastic straps had snapped - thankfully my baby was out of the bath and was safe!!!). I returned to BB with my receipt and told them of the problem, I was given an immediate refund and apology. When I told the sales lady I want to buy another bath, she did not even bother to assist me to find one, which was a little disappointing

very good variety of different products, homewares, clothing, electronics etc but went there on a saturday afternoon and saw a very long queue for the check out, disappointing to see that only a couple of staff members were at the check out

delicious and freshly cooked fish and chips, and great service, but be prepared that you may have to wait for your order as it gets very busy on weekends and friday nights, but certainly worth the wait, crispy chips are the best

the burgers and steak sandwiches are yum and well cooked just as i like my meat.

They offer EFTPOS facilities if you spend minimum $15 which is very handy.

The restaurant serve authentic thai dishes.

My personal favourites include green thai curry with pork as , entree of chicken satay skewers have a chunky sauce which is very flavoursome and chicken tom yum soup.

Bonus is that you earn Myer One, Qantas and Citibank rewards using the respective cards.

Highly recommend this restaurant.

I have dined at this restaurant on many occasions and we always enjoyed our meals as they were good size, delicious and lots of flavour.

There is a good variety of chinese and malaysian dishes including rice, noodles, pork, chicken and soups on the menu.

Service on each time has been excellent with friendliness and speedy service.

However last time I attended this restaurant, my mum and I were not impressed at all. Firstly we arrived for lunch and the restaurant was very quiet and we quickly ordered our meals. We waited 30 minutes for our meals to arrive and to find them cold!

I politely told the waitress sorry my roast bbq pork & vegies served with fried rice is cold and I cannot eat it. Secondly my mum ordered noodles and specifically asked for seafood only had chicken in it, and we sent it back to the kitchen

We ate our meals which were okay but nothing special.

We did however note that other diners who had arrived after us received their meals within 10 minutes of ordering and their plates were piping hot as you can see the steam.

The cook/chef did apologize as did the waitress making up an excuse that he was very busy (which was not the case as there was only a few other patrons at the time).

Disappointed at this last dining experience ... had this occurred the first time I attended this restaurant, I would not have returned. in saying this ... i am not sure that i am inclined to go back for a meal after this not so good meal.
