We went along to this cafe for our colleague's birthday lunch recently and everyone found it to be a lovely gourmet meal.

the menu is very interesting with lunch and brunch/breakfast items to choose from.

We mainly had breakfast items which you choose your items eg eggs, bacon, mushrooms, which was served with lovely toasted bread ... that worked out quite expensive just about $20 or so but in all fairness it was quite delicious

we found it interesting that no alcohol was served .... not sure why ..

lovely modern cafe

staff were pleasant and efficient in ensuring we were happy

Approximate cost: $20

This is the 2nd year that my child's day centre have used this business to capture photos for their once a year photo day.

Last year I was impressed with the photos printed on good quality paper which came in a little album.

This year I was quite pleased with some lovely photos taken of my child (although slightly disappointed the top of his head was chopped off - this is based on the proof pics I have been given) but in any event my child was captured naturally and smiling which made this mum proud.

prices are varied for the pack of photos you want to purchase, there is no obligation to buy which is appreciated too. I even got a bonus larger size print because I spent over a certain amount.

Whilst my dear friend Monique is the owner of this business, I am writing this review with complete sincerity and am definitely a paying customer!

I have had birthday invites created by POCH Designs and have been very happy with the end result. The invites were made with creativity and following my theme of what I wanted.
Monique gave me a proof to double check well in advance for me to check over eg details on the invite and the design.

The guests who received the invites were impressed with the art work too.

I have also wanted a custom printed jumper with a particular design and that was created and the gift recipient was very pleased with the end result.

Invitations, greeting cards, printing services of all kinds can be done by POCH.

I highly recommend this small business for their commitment to quality and providing an end result which customers will be pleased with.

We have tried just about every pizza shop in the area and this place is quite good for making a good pizza for those lazy nights of not wanting to cook.

We have found the pizzas we have ordered to be well cooked, base is a good thickness which manages to hold the generous toppings well enough ... my only slight complaint (well personal preference) is i would have liked more cheese.

Staff behind the counter taking my order were courteous and didn't mind when I made my variations of excluding certain toppings etc.

If I could give 10 stars I would to this fantastic play centre/cafe which is especially aged for kids up to 7 years old. After hearing good reviews from mums on the grapevine ... finally we took our toddler along for a play on the weekend.

The first thing we said to each other ... wow look how clean it is!!! after being to some play centres which are grubby and smelly this is definitely a good one.

its a spacious area for different play equipment including ball pit, slides and other interactive equipment, including ipads area.

my son had a blast playing away and us parents were assured that the equipment was well maintained, clean and provided enjoyment.

one rule is by management all adults and kids must wear socks ... which totally acceptable. however I did see a couple of adults been given a plastic covering for their shoes.

the cafe onsite has gourmet meals including burgers, chips, pasta, soups, muffins, coffees and of course kids favourites hot dogs, pies, sausage rolls, mini pizzas, sandwiches, cooked breakfasts.

We got our son a kids meal for $7 which had 3 mini hot dogs, kids juice bottle and chips. that is about the average price I have paid elsewhere

Staff are lovely very friendly and smiling to everyone!

highly recommend this play centre for kiddies

Approximate cost: $8

Getting fish and chips for an easy meal is something we enjoy doing when we visit family in the local area. We ordered flake (cost about $5), chips, dim sims and potatoe cakes.

The fish was lovely and a good portion. Chips were crispy and not overly salted too.

Service was good, staff were polite and we only waited about 15 minutes for our order.

I was very pleased to see a local dentist opening up in our local neighbourhood ........... hoping I would not need one in a hurry ... but unfortunately hubby was complaining of sore tooth and was quite reluctant to get help

So I ended up booking him an appointment and gave him a gentle push to go and get it checked out. I went along (for moral support) and observed the dentist to be quite professional and certainly put a grown man at ease who was afraid of dentists.

Husband received his treatment on the one session and felt better.

Definitely I will go there for a check up for myself personally.

I enjoy trying new cafes so I can find out my new favourite place to frequent and buy a coffee since I spend quite a lot of time in the city these days.

I ordered my skinny latte which was okay, little weak for my personal tastes but drinkable.

I tried a foccacia for lunch was okay, it was premade and just warmed up. The bread was fresh tasting.

Staff were polite enough and smiling in taking my order.

This Chinese take out food court outlet is situated on the lower ground food court of Melbourne Central. They have the standard Chinese ready made meals served on rice sitting in the bane marine.

However this occasion I tried the dumplings which I found to be very average ........ only because they were lukewarm and tasted like they were sitting there for a long time.

My colleagues and I love food and we enjoy trying new places for lunch while in the CBD.

We tried this restaurant recently as they were able to accomodate our group of 4 and we had not been here before.

I ordered a ramen which is a broth soup with noodles with sliced meat. A warming meal on a cold Melbourne day. I have not tried such a dish before and found to be satisfactory.
