Our Mazda Classic came out from it's yearly service, shaking and vibrating like a tractor, with barely any power. My carer returned to Artarmon Mazda, explaining how the car wasn't performing since their service, but before even looking at my car, the manager said, nothing's wrong with it, $170 an hour to look at it. Why are Artarmon Mazda, charging me, I'd been going there for years.
I wanted this resolved, booked in the car, my carer brought it in at the agreed booking time, but they claimed that they couldn't find the booking, and made my support person wait another 4 hrs. I also pay $58 an hr to my support person.
I sent an email to the manager, because he was making my carer wait and wouldn't acknowlegde the problems with the car, in the email I explained my disability and that my carer was there looking after this issue on my behalf, and asked they repair their mistakes, the faulty service, and expressed that it wasn't right to charge me to fix their failing repairs. The manager raised his voice at my Support person, and said 'her health is not my problem', and in a loud manner and voice he said to her, 'don't bring the car here anymore, we're not fixing it!' This is what happens when inexperienced apprentices work on our cars without supervision.
I was upset for my Support person, the manager didn't need to speak to her that way.
Mazda are responsible, I would like for them to fix what they malfunctioned.
We have now lodged a complaint with Department of Fair Trading.

Approximate cost: $960
