What a good service centre this is. My 90+ father in law has a 2015 cx3 ( very low kilometres )that the seat belt would not retract. Thanks to Hayden he could see it was a problem not of the outlaws doing and had them replaced. Great work mate
Thanks

Our Mazda Classic came out from it's yearly service, shaking and vibrating like a tractor, with barely any power. My carer returned to Artarmon Mazda, explaining how the car wasn't performing since their service, but before even looking at my car, the manager said, nothing's wrong with it, $170 an hour to look at it. Why are Artarmon Mazda, charging me, I'd been going there for years.
I wanted this resolved, booked in the car, my carer brought it in at the agreed booking time, but they claimed that they couldn't find the booking, and made my support person wait another 4 hrs. I also pay $58 an hr to my support person.
I sent an email to the manager, because he was making my carer wait and wouldn't acknowlegde the problems with the car, in the email I explained my disability and that my carer was there looking after this issue on my behalf, and asked they repair their mistakes, the faulty service, and expressed that it wasn't right to charge me to fix their failing repairs. The manager raised his voice at my Support person, and said 'her health is not my problem', and in a loud manner and voice he said to her, 'don't bring the car here anymore, we're not fixing it!' This is what happens when inexperienced apprentices work on our cars without supervision.
I was upset for my Support person, the manager didn't need to speak to her that way.
Mazda are responsible, I would like for them to fix what they malfunctioned.
We have now lodged a complaint with Department of Fair Trading.

Approximate cost: $960

Hello, I experienced something very similar myself. I called to have something sorted out, but was confronted by a service person that was very aggressive and intimidating. Something that should have taken no more than 10 minutes to resolve was going to cost me over $200 to resolve. I was left sad and disappointed. Like yourself I have been a loyal customer of Mazda for many years. But one thing is certain, when I need to replace this car, I will 100% not be purchasing it from them. Its sad that they hire staff that are so aggressive and rude. Completely unprofessional. Nobody wants to walk away with stress. Hopefully they fix up the place. Because it will go downhill fast if they cant get the customer service things sorted out.

A small mechanic near to my home failed my pink slip, claiming I had shock absorber leakage, and suspension and back tyre issues. They told me it would cost over $1,000 to fix.

Luckily I came to Artarmon Mazda to do my maintenance and asked them to re-do my pink slip. All the prior claims turned out to be false and I saved over $1,000. Although Artarmon is a bit far from my home, it was worth the effort of going.

Artarmon Mazda is blatantly OVERPRICED for spare parts, even when compared to other nearby dealers like Hornsby Mazda. For example, got quoted by Artarmon Mazda $495 to for a new battery (aftermarket) for my Mazda 3. Called nearby Hornsby Mazda, and they quoted $375 for exactly the same part. That is $120 EXTRA for the same part from another Mazda Dealer. Needless to say, it is worth the extra 20min drive to go to Hornsby Mazda, NOT overpriced Artarmon Mazda

Rude, incompetent and overpriced are just a few adjectives to describe this outlet.
On hold for 45 minutes to book a service.
Never again.

Agree 100% had a similar experience myself despite you showing great loyalty to them, the moment they see an opportunity they go for your jugular. They do not give a damn you have been a good customer for a long time.

The mazda car I bought is brand new. The only reason going to Artarmon Mazda is to keep my mechanical extended warranty insurance valid. And that policy was sold by Artarmon Mazda with the condition of ongoing car service with them. However, they cancelled my policy without my knowledge and I even do not know when they cancelled it and why. Now I get the issue of my car on Sunday . Called the insurance company for help and was told my policy was cancelled by the Mazda Artarmon. Very frustrating! And even cannot reach Artarmon Mazda on weekends. What can be done when stuck on the road!

The service department is outstandingly good. My car had quite a serious issue, and they kept me updated regularly with status reports. The car was ready at the specified time all fixed, and nicely washed and vacuumed. The service pricing is reasonable, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. And you get a lift to the station if you need it.

Terrible servicing. I purchased a brand new car from the dealership and had it serviced there for the first 3 years. Within a week of purchasing the car it experienced an issue where it wouldn't start and made a horrible noise at the same time. This continued, but it was only ever intermittently. At every service I mentioned it to the artarmon Mazda service centre and was told because it couldn't be replicated there was nothing they could do. This problem has continued and now the car will not turn on at all. Instead it makes that horrible noise and doesn't kick over. It took the NRMA 10 mins to narrow down the problem. Unfortunately for me the car is no longer under warranty and both Mazda Aus and Artarmon Mazda won't take any responsibity. Shocking customer experience and servicing. I will never buy another Mazda nor use this service centre.
