I felt very comfortable with Vicki and would highly recommend her. Although I was close to not having her attend my birth as she was leaving for the weekend when she got the call I was in labour from the hospital.

I guess you need to feel comfortable with her fill ins too because there is a chance she may not be available. I did meet a couple of them and they were lovely too.

The only people I felt uncomfortable with were the narky reception staff. My experiences with them are too long to explain in detail. They do not actually listen to you, they make assumptions about what you are going to say and ask and answer what they assume you are asking them - this happened a lot. Some very snappy responses at times too - maybe they get sick of people asking the same questions over and over - maybe it’s time for them to move on, or at the very least do some active listening and customer service training.

I bought a coupon for my husband to use here - the price for a one hour massage was a good deal. My husband called and made a booking and sent a follow up text. When he turned up they insisted he did not book in that Thursday and it was the following Thursday. When he showed them his confirmation text they pretty much still said he was wrong, this obviously frustrated my husband who had taken time off work to attend. He told them so and they told him he was talking to loud and physically pushed him towards the door. I am surprised they are still in business just from their lack of customer service. When you call them it is very difficult to communicate with them through the language barrier. They only have a mobile number and rarely answer the phone. Never again.
