4 attempts via email and voicemail,could still not get a response for booking, although having already paid

This was one of the worst experiences ever. Woman was extremely rude, difficult to make a booking, difficult to understand. Ended up with a male attending to me. He had no idea what to do. The woman who I originally made the booking with was in another room and yelling instructions to my 'masseuse'. I was face down the whole time (45 mins face down for a supposed 60 mins massage) and for most of that time he merely rubbed my back and arms very lightly through a towel. The only word he spoke to me was finish after 45 mins. When I said the massage is supposed to be an hour the woman came in. I told her that the male who was massaging me had no idea what he was doing. She was not happy, very rude to me. Said she would give me ten more minutes. Very rough - complete opposite to him. Told me I should come back to her for a massage. I told her there was no way I would ever be coming back. This was booked using a scoopon - it has turned me off using them that's for sure. Awful, awful experience.

i have been going to Ashley Chinese Traditional Massage for over 1 years . service and prices are excellent. owner gave me discount as a regular client and she have the deep tissue massage skill that i after . deep tissue massage without oil are excellent specially i have to go straight to work right after without any messy sticky issue . i come for the experience deep tissue skill set that treat my sore body not for relax Swedish massage style massage that make me sleepy .

Excellent TCM technique for little cost. The lady giving the massage was always checking to see if I was ok as I had a shoulder injury. Very impressive.

Just shocking ! The lady massage therapist answered her mobile 3 times to make bookings. She opened the curtain while other clients were in the shop to talk. I was the usual half naked but this did not bother her or the 2 other men working there !! She was rough and extreme my rude. Please don't waste your money on a massage here !!!

The staff were friendly but didn't speak very good English. A good massage & great value booking through scoopon. I would go back, 4 of us went at once and we were all separated by a curtain but it was fine.

I bought a coupon for my husband to use here - the price for a one hour massage was a good deal. My husband called and made a booking and sent a follow up text. When he turned up they insisted he did not book in that Thursday and it was the following Thursday. When he showed them his confirmation text they pretty much still said he was wrong, this obviously frustrated my husband who had taken time off work to attend. He told them so and they told him he was talking to loud and physically pushed him towards the door. I am surprised they are still in business just from their lack of customer service. When you call them it is very difficult to communicate with them through the language barrier. They only have a mobile number and rarely answer the phone. Never again.

These guys have just opened. I am always on the outlook for a great massage and this place was great. I like a tradition Chinese massage and they did just that. They adjust pressure to the way you like it (or how much pain you can bear!) and really focus on places that are tight. It was a great personalized service. I have found with some masseurs it can feel robotic, they do this then this and it doesn't change even though everybody has tension in different places. This place didn't do that. They could feel where you needed more attention and gave it. The decor isn't a 5 star spa but the massage I got was better then any fancy looking spa
