I went on a Tuesday afternoon for a coffee. The kitchen was closed but we only wanted coffees anyway. I had a short black and my friend had a iced coffee. The service was quick. The coffee was nice although a little bitter. I would have liked some water after my espresso. We were there until they closed and they cleaned around us and politely let us know they were closing at about five to five. Altogether a lovely experience although not really a wow.
Great little discount variety shop. They have a lot of space and fill it up with all kinds of great finds--craft goods, floral arrangement supplies, kitchen ware, gifts, toys and all kinds of things.
I had a great breakfast experience here. My friends and I all ordered the Elixir Breakfast Half Serve which included eggs, mushrooms, spinach, fried tomato, toast, bacon and beans--all for just $12! We also shared a kids serve of pancakes. I enjoyed a cappuccino with my meal and an iced coffee afterwards. Everything was delicious and serving sizes were generous. We guessed that an even cheaper option would be to share a full Elixir Breakfast between two (or more!) people.
The wait staff were friendly, even pausing to ask about my broken arm and got our orders right. Service didn't take too long.
I can't wait for another excuse to visit!

I would certainly recommend Cafe 7, although I haven't visited under the new management team. You order at the counter and your food is served in good time. In the meantime you can watch Foxtel on the big screen. The facilities are new, clean and make a nice, fresh, open atmosphere. Alfresco dining is also available. The restaurant is very accessible, especially for those living in Landsdale.

Loren is a profession, friendly hairdresser. She has an in-home salon with great facilities including an EFT machine. I had a trim, half a head of foils with three colours and got a fringe cut in. She helped me choose colours that suited my natural colouring and the ideas I had for what I wanted. She took about four hours but I do have very long hair and it was easy to pass the time chatting with Loren, reading the magazines she provides and sipping on a coffee.
I expected a very classy, high-quality experience. I was not disappointed but I wasn't blown away either.
The meal sizes were good. We had a two-course meal for $88. I had gnocchi and sticky date pudding. Serving sizes were excellent and the food was delicious. They had no worries changing cream for ice cream on my dessert.
We estimated the restaurant makes one complete revolution every hour and twenty minutes and it certainly makes for a unique experience with breath-taking views of Perth's light-filled cityscape. We also had a magician come past our table.
The staff were friendly and efficient. However, we waited a long time for our dessert orders to come out and had two mishaps with orders coming out incorrectly--an entree gnocchi came instead of a main and one wrong dessert. Both were promptly replaced.
I would definitely go again.
