Potential Customers Beware!
I must agree that the cleaning is good. However, beware when they appear to be very polite and offer the best discount. They will keep calling you day-in day-out to secure your cleaning job when their time slots are apparently empty. I had the bad experience when they harped on my not reconfirming by Email, the communication exchanged by text messages with a staff member confirming my acceptance of their offer. Unfortunately I had no choice but to put myself in to great inconvenience by agreeing to a time slot they forced on me because I had to hand over the cleaned house the following day.
