I recently booked the cleaning for my “end of the lease cleaning, booking number 6805500 on the 29th of November, i left the cleaners to start the job and returned to see they escaped, i paid them in advance and didn’t even get any invoice for that, as it was a bank transfer.

My real estate agent advised me to hand over the property by 29th end of the day. So I had to finish everything by 3 pm.

When the cleaners finished and I told them to stay downstairs, I went up to inspect the property, it was untouched,(photo attached ) Three scammer teams were three people, one was wearing a blue big cap and the other scammer were two girls driving and black ford vehicle.

I rapidly had a conversation with consumer team and ask to send the cleaners so that i would get my bond back and hand over the property .

I spent two hours over the phone with their support scammer team and they committed to resolve the issue with in 48 hours, but its now over 72 hours, now the sent an email saying i need to get the real estate agent notes for the cleaning to prove that where there is nothing to do with the agent as i am the customer and i booked them. Where they were trying to put in a policy hole where they send me the screenshots of policy via email and ask me to provide the notes from agent.

How it is possible for me to show that uncleaned property to real-estate where there is a matter of few hours for the new tenants to come!!! But my real estate agent was so helpful and managed a emergency call up cleaners to clean quickly so that the new tenants can come.

Where i had to spend $650 and $150 call out night fee.

I’ll upload all the pictures taken after the cleaners left the job untouched and unethical manner.

Now i was asking for compensation if it doesn’t happen, ill file a police case against these scammers.

Most importantly if you see there is no business abn mention in any email or their website, no invoices and even they have payment history option but if you put your booking number nothing shows.

Few names are absolutely fake, [Name Removed], [Name Removed] but its not even indian name.

If you ask something logical they will act like mobile reception is not good. Im uploading all the pictures here so you guys know, ill keep you guys updated, ill see the end these time.

Worst cleaners ever! Be very careful! They take money upfront and they didn’t complete any of the jobs listed. Dirty equipment and when I complained they refused a refund!
They didn’t return my calls. I had to get another company to complete my end of lease cleaning.
Once I finally spoke to a manager all they offered was to send more people out to fix the job that was very badly done and I had no time as I had to hand my keys back
This company is a SCAM

This has absolutely been the worst experience I have had with any service provider ever. My cleaning was booked with specific instructions that I would need 1 hours notice. The cleaners called with 30 mins notice, they wouldn’t confirm that they would wait, this is after I wasted 1 hour with the contact centre trying to confirm what was going to happen to my appointment. I had to reschedule for the following day with no offer of any kind of compensation for me wasting half my day waiting. I had to demand some compensation for my time. I asked that they be here at 9 for the rescheduled appointment and was assured there would be no issue they showed up 25 mins late. They wouldn’t listen to instructions on where to park and after I told them off for their poor service they took off and didn’t complete the service at all. Oh and I am still waiting for a call from the management. DO NOT USE THEM. WORST CLEANERS EVER. DISGUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL.

Terrible cleaning company – did an incredibly poor move in clean for us (couldn’t even smell cleaning products when we came back into the property). The website says they clean every nook and cranny – this couldn’t be further from the truth. A lot of surfaces weren’t cleaned at all, let alone well. Sent them photos as proof of poor clean, came back to us days later and offered to re-clean at an inconvenient time (again without committing to a time – just between 9am and 5pm). Clearly using delay tactics and making it too hard. Refused to give us even a partial refund. Have since seen other reviews describing exactly what we experienced. [redacted due to personal identifier] and had our time completely wasted.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Didn't even look like the cleaners were they, all the window sills were dusty. They then refused to do a reclean claiming that the dust is 'marked' onto the window sills. I removed the dust with one wipe. The customer service is also awful so don't bother trying to reason with them (just go with a good company to start with)

Tbh felt like scammers, not to mention their email drops in spam! Quoted 380, promised guarantee bond return. I paid $50 deposit as requested. When arrived asked 150 more, i agreed, then said they can't guarantee bond retuen. I said okay, can i call you back if you missed something, they said no. So they increased the price by 150 in exchange for downgrading from guaranting bond return to not even guaranting their own job. Requested it in writing that they are going against their advertisement, they said okay but the cleaners left. Now they want full payment in advance before cleaners come in tomorrow, i said what is the purpose of deposite payment then. They remain adamant i pay in advance. I didnt pay a cent more cuz i knw they have cancellation policy so basically they were trying to force me to cancel service or pay whatever increament they want to make and keep the money for themselves. Trust me you are better off without them. Rather get a sole trader from facebook than these scums.

- I gave 1 star because 0 isn't possible
- They failed on multiple levels
- Promised bond back cleaning, but failed to deliver.
- Promised no end of job 'surprises', but cleaner tried to jack up the price at the end of the job.
- Promised professional vans, but it was outsourced to guys who arrived in a coffee van (looked like a rent a car).
- There was grease in the overhead cupboard and I asked the cleaner to fix it. He used his hand to smear the grease into a translucent thin layer.
- They didn't even send me a booking number, but requested it numerous times in phone calls with them.
- Am still in the process of trying to get them to fix their job.

These guys are a head ache, don't deliver and will be a waste of your money.

very poor company, very poor service. They did a job to clean my 3-bedroom house. When they finished cleaning, they didn't touch/clean the garage, saying that it is not in the package. The marks on the walls were not removed. When I asked, they simply tried to rub it using ordinary wipes, which obviously didn't help. They left over, stove top, ranch top, dishwasher, side rails and a lot uncleaned. Despite complaining and chasing for 3 days, I am keep getting on hold and strange excuses continuously. There bond-money back guarantee is shitty. They are scammers. Please stay away from them.

I would suggest to anyone looking at booking that they have an email outling what is agreed upon before paying a deposit. I was told my lawns were included in my vacate clean only to ve informed by cleaner it wasn't on yet work order and I asked for external window cleaning x 9 windows, once again the cleaner on the day tells me they charge by window pane. Alot of money for little work. Wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and not fulfilling what was agreed upon on the phone.
