The work undertaken was completed well, however, the invoice was very basic with over $1000 of unidentified materials. When I asked for a rough itemised list, as many other plumbers provide, i was met by a barrage of email and text commentary about what a difficult customer I was. When I was provided with the list, while the items were legitimate costs, it was clear that I had paid GST twice, once on the total bill the plumber paid to purchase the materials, and then he charged me that figure and then GST again on the bill he provided me.
While the work quality was sound, the aggressive nature of the owner when I made a simple request for more detail in the invoice was highly unprofessional. I had to request that he not contact me again after his last multi page text.
