After buying chicken thigh fillets one day went to use then the following day to discover they were off. Took back to coles and spoke to 'Elle' on service desk she is nothing but rude (everytime i go in there she is rude and arrogant). After speaking to her she directed me to the deli to get a replacement. The deli staff were great and friendly. I usually like shopping at Meadow springs but maybe a selected few of their staff need to do a refresher course of customer service!!
