After buying chicken thigh fillets one day went to use then the following day to discover they were off. Took back to coles and spoke to 'Elle' on service desk she is nothing but rude (everytime i go in there she is rude and arrogant). After speaking to her she directed me to the deli to get a replacement. The deli staff were great and friendly. I usually like shopping at Meadow springs but maybe a selected few of their staff need to do a refresher course of customer service!!

I went into this Coles to buy ciggarettes, because its located inside the meadow springs shopping centre you need to walk through. It has a fresh atmosphere for the shoppers, and I personally was served by a young girl, she asked for my ID, in which i presented, continued with the transaction and as I walked away I looked at my docket, the ciggarettes i bought, were on special, but not advertised. Bargain!
Great staff, a friendly atmosphere and in the perfect loaction for people living in Meadow Springs.
I reccomend this Coles to shop at.

what i went in their for wasn't there and wouldn't have them for two weeks that disappointed me but the people were helpful and nice, the shop looked cleaner than others.
the product i went in their for was cheaper there then were i have looked befor and overall i think it could have gone better but i not going to stop going there.

Every time i go to do my weekly shopping all check out staff are friendly and try to make conversation. If the staff see that the queues are getting to long they open another register to help with waiting times, I dont see this often at other outlets.
