Beautiful gift store just off Rundle Mall. They have a huge range of cards and gifts. Something to suit every budget. They have just recently moved shops into a bigger more spacious one.

A huge range of Willow Tree figurines and other collectables, jewellery boxes, photo frames and other nicknacks. You can pick up birthday cards and wrap from here too!

Tried this place after a friend recommended it. Was a little hard to find at first, it is in a little row of shops.

Staff are very friendly. Clean environment. Limited amount of seating inside. Would be great if they had some outside seating.

We ordered 2 Average Joe hotdogs and gravy/cheese fries to share. The hotdogs are a decent size and pretty delicious. A generous serve of fries. We couldn't finish it all!

They have a big range of different sorts of American hotdogs, ribs, pulled pork and fries.

I decided to try Pure & Natural over my normal sandwich place, i regretted that decision almost immediately.

I chose to have a roll made to order. When the staff member cut the roll in half you could see that the top part was basically hollow. I thought surely she would give me a new roll, i could see her think about it for a bit but then she just showed the other staff member and had a laugh about it. She continued to make the roll and when she put the top on and squished it down to cut it, it just crumbled. She wrapped it up and sent me on my way.

I didnt say anything as I wanted to see what their service was like as I hadn't been there before, needless to say i wont be returning.

We recently spent a few nights here. Great location just off the main strip and right across from the beach. Was a little difficult to find as the driveway is between 2 shops, it is quite steep and very narrow. Parking is very tight in the guest parking area.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. We had a room with a spa in it on the lower level. The weather was lovely whilst we were there so it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside our room. No bubble bath provided for the spa. I couldn't see a smoke alarm in the room either.

Rate was a little expensive for what it was. The bed was comfortable. There is a pool for guests also.

A huge menu to choose from, breakfast, burgers, chips, chicken, schnitzel & pizza.

Prices are pretty high but thats to be expected with the location and not much competition. Food is good quality though. We stayed in Lorne for 3 nights and ate here twice. First night we got burgers and chips. Chicken Burger was $14 and Beef Burger was $16 with a minimum of chips $6. Second time we got pizza, which was about $30.

Small amount of seating inside, but it is quite squishy. More tables out the front, which are great to sit at on a nice day with the beach across the road.

Stopped here for lunch after a day trip. The gentleman that served us was very friendly and offered us a few suggestions of what to have. We decided on a burger and a chicken caesar salad (we wanted a lobster sandwich but they had just sold out). The burger came by itself but you could add chips for an extra $3.00, so we did.
The salad was good but a lot of lettuce. The burger was huge and very delicious, chips were also good.
Great location right opposite the beach and jetty. Plenty of seating inside and out.

We have been here a few times when visiting Robe and it is always delicious. Last time we were there we had the salt and pepper squid pack and the fish and chips. Both came with salad and chips, with a slice of lemon. Everything was delicious, salad was fresh and it all only took 5 minutes to cook!

There is no EFTPOS accepted here but there is an ATM inside the shop. Limited drinks available. Fresh fish available to buy and take away to cook yourself. Shop is clean and staff are friendly.

We have stopped here a few times on our way to Robe for some lunch. The place is tucked away off the main road. It is not the nicest looking place, it could do with a spruce up.
On our last occasion visiting here it was busy and only one person serving even though we could see 3 other staff walking around the back doing nothing. The service here is never good, no hello, no smile no thank you have a good day. All staff look grumpy and like they don't want to be there. For a shop that would rely heavily on tourists passing through they could learn a lot about customer service.
We were there around 12pm but they had nothing in their pie warmer. Everything people were asking for they said they didn't have heated up.
The quality of the food is good but the service is a let down, we wont be returning and will stop at the Taliem Bend Bakery instead.

I love stopping in here for a bit of retail therapy. Kate Hill always has some gorgeous products. They are made out of great quality products at an affordable price. The staff at this store are always super friendly and help you find just what you are after.

The oversize wallets are the best if you like a big wallet, so much room and even has a mirror in it!

After getting my first Kate Hill product i have never bought another brand bag/wallet again.

Went in here at Christmas time to get a last minute gift. About 4 staff standing around not really doing anything, i was trying to get their attention as i needed help to get something down of a high shelf. I had to approach someone for help. The staff member that helped me was not overly friendly. The girl that served me on the register was friendly and had a chat with me about Christmas.

The store has lots of unique items that you can't find anywhere else. I will go back for that hard to find present.
