I decided to try Pure & Natural over my normal sandwich place, i regretted that decision almost immediately.

I chose to have a roll made to order. When the staff member cut the roll in half you could see that the top part was basically hollow. I thought surely she would give me a new roll, i could see her think about it for a bit but then she just showed the other staff member and had a laugh about it. She continued to make the roll and when she put the top on and squished it down to cut it, it just crumbled. She wrapped it up and sent me on my way.

I didnt say anything as I wanted to see what their service was like as I hadn't been there before, needless to say i wont be returning.

I like the foccacias here and it's always generally very fresh and the staff are amazingly friendly. These people genuinely care about your weight and their range of food shows this.
So if you're a picky eater about how fat your foods are, then this place is for you

This little eatery in City Cross offers a few little different things such as gluten free food, sandwiches combo deal for $8.50 which includes gourmet, and delicious homemade style sausage rolls. Well worth a try and prices are within the range f most other eateries in the cross
