I was pleasantly surprised when Luke responded to my request for a quote promptly and courteously. He gave me some options, arranged a time and emailed/called prior to the day to confirm. He was even running ahead of schedule on the day and phoned to see if it would be suitable to arrive early. His work was professional, tidy and affordable.
