Luke and his team recently completed a three-phase sub board installation that was integrated to a 20KVA UPS. The crew started on time and completed their work within the allocated hours. A testament to Luke’s skill is that he managed to keep our critical business systems online, through out the entire process, despite all the complexities. The crew were polite, with none of the foul language that is typically associated with tradies, plus they cleaned up after themselves, removing their rubbish and vacuuming the area. Highly recommended, especially for more complex projects.

He gave us a courtesy call when he was held over on another job once to reschedule which we really appreciated. His price was also more reasonable than some other quotes we had been given by other electricians and we were charged a little less than the amount quoted. I was pleasantly surprised when Luke responded to my request for a quote promptly and courteously. He gave me some options, arranged a time and emailed/called prior to the day to confirm. He was even running ahead of schedule on the day and phoned to see if it would be suitable to arrive early. His work was professional, tidy and affordable.

Luke came out to my house to look at the wiring and give me a quote on any work that might need to be done. He checked individual power points and light switches before going up and making a thorough inspection in the roof. He showed me photos of the wiring and gave me a very honest and fair appraisal. Luke completed the work in less time than anticipated and refunded me the difference. I have never ever seen a tradie do that! He was an absolute professional, with a pleasant friendly manner. I would definitely call Luke again the next time I need an electrician.

I had one broken ,sparking power point, one dodgey outlet that zapped me when I tried to run the microwave off it and one internal garage light that had been snapped off at the ceiling with a ladder. I called two other electricians and left messages, no response.Luke responded promptly and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was courteous and good humoured. One of the outlets involved crawling round in a very spidery and cramped area under the house. He was very tidy, no little bits of wire and plastic left behind. I will absolutely call him again if I need electrical work and I would highly recommend him. He charged $150 and I felt it was very reasonable for the work done.
