Not so reliable when it comes to after sale service.

He was great at chasing for a pump sales but after sales service seems very poor. The pump had some issues and he doesn't return calls nor SMS.

Thank God the pump is still under factory warranty and so I dealt directly with the factory people.

Most of the interior of the house was done.

They are kind enough to come back to re-do areas that were not thorough. They completed the job. I was satisfied and I initially gave them a 4 star here.

Then within a couple of months, cracks re-appeared at the ceiling which was patched. AllCover in the past suggested to do a proper patching job instead of a quick job otherwise the cracks are likely to re-appear. As the property was for the long haul, I quickly agree on a proper job (higher cost).

When I contact AllCover, the owner welcomes my call and did agree to fix but not as a high priority as they said they were busy. No worries but since then I waited of a couple of weeks and emailed her. They again acknowledge via email they agree to fix but are still busy. Since then for months I used phone call and email, but essentially, they say they will fix but no commitments on their end.

I have waited patiently for about 6 months now! Finally, 2 days ago, I mentioned that I will likely revoke my ratings here if you do not take this seriously. So, here I am. An honest review of their promises and after-sale service.

Marcus does the job as expected. A decent bloke.

Got various quotes and he beats most of them out there, but he's not the cheapest in my list. But, overall, he is not just a guy who chops things down but is also opinionated in terms of what is best in terms of looking nice and yet maintainable.

Fence was destroyed by a tree fallen due to storm.

The quote was reasonable and the workmanship is top quality and miles better than the previous fencer. In fact the previous fencer looks like amateurs at best.

Place was cleaned up and he's punctual and realiable. I've no hesitation in recommending him.
