The exterior & interior paint work done was acceptable. However, within a couple of weeks, the cracks within one of the room walls started to re-appear where they originally filled.

I can understand land movement but Diane did assure me that it should last for many months as they do proper job unlike the regular painters out there. I'm reasonable and therefore expects them to re-patch it via a simple after-sales request.

Initially, their original phone contact was disconnected but I stumbled upon a new number on their website. This was circa early 2014, though. Finally, armed with a new number but did not yield any positive results. Repeated voice mails and emails messages were ignored.

It's funny when I first called to commence this project and left a voice mail, Diane returned my call, but this time a voice mail to re-fix the cracks did not get similar result.

After sales-service & warranty is not their thing.

It was a big job of painting but also they restored my garage ceiling amongst other works and the company went beyond my expectations. Found the company through recommendations on WOMO and not at all disappointed.
Highly recommend them.

I had my wooden fence painted recently and they also replaced a rotted piece of timber above my carport door and painted the timber around that door as well. They had to cut away some branches of trees that were in the way of the fence and so when I arrived home from work I found my place very tidy with any rubbish branches stacked neatly. They did a great job, were on time and like I say, left the place tidy. The customer service I got when they came to do the quote was really good too. It helped me to decide to choose them for the job. I would certainly recommend them.

Most of the interior of the house was done.

They are kind enough to come back to re-do areas that were not thorough. They completed the job. I was satisfied and I initially gave them a 4 star here.

Then within a couple of months, cracks re-appeared at the ceiling which was patched. AllCover in the past suggested to do a proper patching job instead of a quick job otherwise the cracks are likely to re-appear. As the property was for the long haul, I quickly agree on a proper job (higher cost).

When I contact AllCover, the owner welcomes my call and did agree to fix but not as a high priority as they said they were busy. No worries but since then I waited of a couple of weeks and emailed her. They again acknowledge via email they agree to fix but are still busy. Since then for months I used phone call and email, but essentially, they say they will fix but no commitments on their end.

I have waited patiently for about 6 months now! Finally, 2 days ago, I mentioned that I will likely revoke my ratings here if you do not take this seriously. So, here I am. An honest review of their promises and after-sale service.

I have recently had allcover do work for me and was very happy with the results. They were priced fairly. Also on time and cleaned up. recommend highly
