we have been experienced with clarendon homes since we have decided to go ahead with them.

3 months after the contract signed, we have suddenly noticed by them that the design of house is not going to be approved by authority, they then suggest some other designs to replacing the one we loved, I have asked them why this issue be found after 3 months contract signed, they did reply that their hydraulic engineer just found the issue which would not be approved by authorities for DA. we have no choice in accepting another house design offered by them as they refused to refund deposit we paid. in result 3 month delay in our home project. no and compensation from clarendon homes.

when our home approaching to completion, we were told by their site manager that the pre-handover will be taking next 3 weeks until now we have not seen any happen for this, they not answering phone call and not responding email in regards delay of handover, very bad customer services from either site manager and admin I think.

the scheduled now we are in strand as many of external contractors are waiting for access into the site, we have been advised if further delay by clarendon home, cost on each project would be increasing.
